This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Managing access to your service desk
In Request Security for a Service desk it has an option to Ónly people from my customer list can raise a request'but I cant find where to create this customer list
Each service desk project has a page "Customers" at projects/EXAMPLE/customers
The list is managed at "Administration > Users and Roles"
If you don't see either of these, maybe you created the wrong type of project.
