How could I restrict some issues using a "User Field"?

I would like that just the user that is set is a field could see it, and no the rest of the team. How can I do that?

I have not tested it, but you could try to provide browse project and create issue permissions to "User custom field value" and also apply "User filtering" for the custom field to restrict issue creation. 

As @John Funk mentioned, you could use User custom field value in the issue security scheme.

Hi @Yan Cesar Rodrigues de Melo  - You can do that with Issue Level Security. Just set the security for the current user = assignee or reporter or a custom field.
