Jira does not provide functionality natively to support that type of search. You would need a third party app that extends the functionality of JQL to support subqueries or specialized functions for finding parent stories based on a subfilter for sub-tasks.

A search of the Marketplace for "jql extension" lists a few apps. You would need to review each one to see if it provides the functionality you need.

I used Adaptavist Scriptrunner at my previous employer and found it very useful. The have specialized sub-task functions that would allow you to execute the query you want.
