How can we export user list with login and logout timings data

I need take total users list with login and logout details in jira server. Is it possible

Are you referring to Jira Serve on premise or Jira Cloud?

If it is for on prem, please have a look to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/find-the-last-login-date-for-a-user-in-jira-server-363364638.html on how to determine the username and login time.

In addition please check also the atlassian-jira-security.log details provided on https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/logging-and-profiling-938847671.html

I am not aware of any export options in the UI, please take a look to the security log mentioned above
