If I correctly understood you, you can assign tasks to users and teams using plugin ActivityTimeline.
As for the reports, for example, a Resource Utilization Report helps you manage and plan your team’s workload so that your employees are neither overworked nor underworked. Generating these meaningful reports is easy – simply select the relevant data, apply filters and you’re ready to go!
