In company managed project's scrum board, I am trying to hide issues which are completed or in done resolution or even cancelled ones, the setting to automatically remove done issues from the board is no longer available in the General tab. This setting was removed in Jira Cloud version 8.11.0. I dont have much subscription for Jira add-on or create a Jira Automation rule.
Hi @AnamEjaz
Could you share screenshot of your board and configuration of your board.
If I'm understanding your request, you have a sprint that is running form more than 2 weeks.
Done issues should not be removed from a Scrum board until the sprint has been set completed, as this breaks reporting.
The option described is only available on a Kanban board
Consider using a quick filter on the board to hide Done issues updated older then 2 weeks
Hey @Marc Koppelaar Thanks alot, Yes I just figured out that sprint was not completed since few month as board was meant for Design only.
I completely agree from your answer and thank you for opening my thoughts.
