How can I use two different Field Types in one custom field?

How can I use two different Field Types in one custom field? 

Example:

_Checkbox 1

_Checkbox 2

_Checkbox 3

Other: (ability to add text)

Nope. You have to select the type when you create the field.  1 Type per field.

You can have different values (contexts) for different issue types and projects, but not actual different field types.

Hi @Julie Sgroi

You can't.  The solution you are looking for is a plugin such as dynamic fields from deviniti where if "other" is selected, a new field with text displays below it.
