How can I set a checkbox value in a sil script

On Jira DC I'm trying to set a customfield check box that has Yes and No as choices to No in a workflow's post section. I can't find the syntax on how to set it, just doing CFxxxx="No" isn't working. Is it possible to do this in a workflow?
