A week ago I was receiving notifications on tickets that I had created and when anyone would tag me in a comment on an open Jira ticket and I am no longer receiving my email notifications. A few months ago I was having difficulty logging into Jira so a member of our IT department created another account for my using our parent company email, so I currently have 2 email addresses and I am in the process of having one of them deleted.
are you using the same email for 2 accounts? is that jira cloud or server?
