How can I display a link to a cloned issue, in the parent issue?

Can you provide more information about this scenario?

You mention "the parent issue", but it is unclear what issue has been cloned, and what the relationship is between that issue and the "parent" or the issue created by the Clone action and the parent.

What issue has been Cloned? Is that a different issue then the one where you want to display the link?
