How can I autoupdate any attached document in JIRA without using any plugin ?

The problem is that I have an attachment in one of my story created and now that attachment is an excel file and I am facing a problem that , that particular file must be updated by every team member.

I know this can be done by using google sheets or any other plugin but I am using this for my college project so I am working on the basic free version of Jira Software.

Please let me know if there is any solution of updating the same file directly without creating a new instance of it.

I'd say your best option would be to skip attaching the file to the story, and instead upload the file to Google drive, then get the share link and include the URL in the story's description. 

You won't need a plugin and can do it with the free version of Jira, and a free personal Gmail account.
