I am currently using Jira integrated with Zendesk.
One of the problems that I am having is that I want a specific label to be added on the Jira ticket when I create the issue from zendesk within a specific project. (basically when I select the project I would like a specific label to be added on the jira ticket)
I cannot find the way of doing it.
Could you please help me?

how does Zendesk create tickets? Is there a specific user associated w/ ZD? If so you can use automation to add your label.
