Hour Burndown Chart (on dashboard) cannot show ongoing lines

Hi, I've found some problem that I'm using Greenhopper (trial) and trying to customize a system dashboard. The problem I found is a greenhopper hour burndown chart gadget displays only guideline line and cannot show ongoing lines (dot line).

However, when I generate the chart from Agile->Classic... and select "Classic Chart Board" and select "Hour Burndown Chart", it can show both guideline and ongoing lines correctly!!

So, does anyone help on this? Thank you very much.

I have the same problem using JIRA 5.1.4/Jira Agile 6.3.2.2.

My board is configured to use hours, not story points for tracking.

The Agile gadget on the dashboard shows dotted lines on the burndown tab (story points) for expected burdown from today until the end of the sprint. Is this what you can't see?
