Hide recent projects list on "Create Issue" screen
Dear experts,
is it possible to hide recent projects in "Create Issue" screen. I just need "all projects" to be listed, if possible without "all projects" tag.
We have more than 10.000 end-users and there're just 5-10 projects they can create issues. They're confused if they see some projects twice on the screen and asking which one they should select. 
As you see in attached screenshot, for some projects like "Teknik Destek İstekleri" is shown twice on the screen. Once at "recent projects" group and once at "all projects" group.

That will require some customisation of your Create Screen as JIRA will show this by default.
