Hide fields from a create Jira ticket form?

Raphael Lamas

Hello,

I have this Jira form (see image below).  I would like to hide the Project and Issue Type dropdowns and the Create another issue checkbox from this form. I wonder if it's possible to do this?

Thank you

Hi @Raphael Lamas

You won't be able to hide them since the system needs to create a ticket.

You may want to instead use Jira Service Management to create a form or use other plugins that support portal functionality.

Example of JSM, this is how we enter initiatives: https://youtu.be/ExiGg5n0vao

Thanks Fabian! Yes, it makes sense. I will check with my team if we do have licences for Jira Service Management.
