Hide Done Issues is showing closed issues

I created my own custom workflow for my project. It does not have a Resolved step, only a Closed step. I have a bunch of issues which are marked as Close and ALL have a resolution marked (Won't Fix, Fixed, etc). However, when I go into the Agile Planning board and I click "Hide Done Issues" - all of them are still visible. I'm really stuck here, any advice?

Also, I tried reindexing manually and that didn't change anything.

No, they aren't striked through. How do I set up a post function to reindex it?

Are the resolved issues displayed striked through? If not this means they are probably not correctly indexed. here i assume you see the resolution "fixed" when you open the issue in the view issue page. i suspect that maybe your post function does not reindex the issue.
