Has anyone witnessed this error message when using the created date?

We are using the created date filter specifically the radio button of Between and it gave me the following error message. What is the solution or workaround?

Hi @Yufang Vangaasbeek

seems there is a different date format configured than the one shown in the field.

Did you try to navigate to the field and write the date manually in the suggested format?

eg:
JAN 01,2023

Best
Stefan

Hi Yufang!

Maybe the following Atlassian KB article can help you: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/error-message-invalid-date-format-for-specific-dates-1167738371.html
Sometimes there may be some errors in the custom date fields depending on the time zone that we have configured in the Jira instance compared to the one configured in our user.

I hope it is useful for the solution.

Thank you,
Greetings

Mateo
