Has anyone used the Prodsum app?

We're using Jira cloud. I've installed the Prodsum app, and am getting an error when attempting to open it from the App dropdown. There are no settings to adjust.

Hello @Gary Beresheim

I would suggest contacting SueoKaminsky, sueokaminsky@gmail.com directly as they are supporting the app. Though from the reviews and resources on the app marketplace page it seems poorly supported.
