I am looking for grouping of days for tickets which are In Progress.
Example: If 5 tickets are open from 10-Sep-19 till today and 5 tickets are open from 15-Sep-19 till today then I want to group 10-30 days with 5 tickets and 30-40 days with 5 tickets.
Can you help me with that

Out of the box this kind of report is not possible however if you look at *Average Age Chart*, it is kind of a grouping of issues based on average number of days issues were unresolved. It can be done for hours, days, weeks, monthly, quarterly and yearly. Take a lot at this gadget in your dashboard.
