We use "Git Integration for Jira" for Git integration, and they charge per user. Is that possible to allow some of Jira users and avoid some other users to use that Git Integration tool? My all Jira users are not developers. This is why it is totally unnecessary to pay extra for those kind of users for the git integration tool.
if some of your users are not developers, did you think about the possibility to purchase only Jira Core for them instead of Jira Software? This could be the way to limit the number of licences needed for the applications.
