Git Commits Haven't been Displaying for 2 days Edited

I've reset my PATs.

i've logged in and out of jira and azure devops.

i've re-indexed the repositories.

i've tried different browsers.

others on my team have intermittent issues, but never for 2 days.

everything works correctly except the git integrations section on the tickets just hangs and never displays anything.

this super annoying b/c this is one of the features i use most often--like many, many times an hour...
