Flag an issue automatically

I'm establishing a workflow; the aim is to automatically flag an issue when it is moved to a certain status. I've managed to set the resolution to impediment by adding a post function but don't know how to make it flagged if it gets the status "on Hold" (according to the requirements).

Hi Sami and welcome to the Community. 

It should work roughly the same way. Create a post function on the transition to the On Hold status that sets the field Flagged = impediment (or whatever the value for that field is).

Hi John and thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, the value "Flagged" is not in the drop down.
