Hello,
I want to automatically link the issues where custom field 'Email address' has the same value.
For example for onboarding and offboarding employee: in both tickets the email address field should have the same value -> then it should automatically link them
I am trying to finish this task using Automation but unfortunately none of the variants I have tried is not working .
Is there anyone who can assist with an idea ?

Maybe you can share the rule you have so far? I have done something similar and sharing here:
Just replace the initial {{issue.key}} with {{issue.customField_16784}}
Also, you would use the value of your custom field, of course.
