I wish to create a new board, which is a subset of stories in an existing project. The stories all have the same label. When I create the new board, there's an option to use an existing project, with a "saved filter". I have create a organisation wide saved filter for this label in the "Issue search" as per instructions, however the filter is not available to select in the filter dropdown list in the board creation dialog.
