File preview and Download button issue

Not sure if anyone else is facing this, but my team today is having an issue viewing previews of files in our Jira Cloud instance, some aren't able to download the file altogether

The strange part is this issue is intermittent, some team members like myself have no issue.

For example 

Chrome Version 105.0.5195.125

- Cannot preview files in Jira but need to download to see them

Firefox (not sure of version)

- cannot preview files and the download button doesn't work 

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Yes -- we are having problems as well.  Preview does not work.  It creates a black page and then you have to refresh to get out of that view.  PLUS I cannot download any documents.

Unfortunately the status is operational on viewing content. I hope someone from Atlassian is seeing this to address it.

I hope so too.  I'm not the admin of our Jira account, so I can't create a Bug ticket.   I have sent the admin a request to submit a bug though.

Seems to be working again for us.  No idea what happened.
