Fields not showing in the field lookedup

I have created new field values in Jira "customer field" and it is visible but not showing in the lookup. The old values are the ones available when trying to choose from the lookup.

 

I can see the new ones displayed but cannot be seen in the field lookup.

The grey fields are the new ones that are not visible in the lookup.

Sorry, but I am still not understanding the problem - I don't know know what you mean by "not visible in the lookup" - which "lookup" are you referring to?

Have you tried looking at the issue in the Old Jira Issue View to see if it makes a difference.
