Failure to load Jira board, keeps redirecting until crashing

matthew crompton July 6, 2021

ERROR: 1SSAEP1

I'm the only one on my team experiencing this problem,
When I try to load my team's jira board (https://companyname.atlassian.net/jira/software)
the website keeps redirecting and redirecting until I get sent to an error page, screenshots included.

If anyone can help me at least get an email to contact atlassian support directly that'd be great

The issue has been resolved, turns out that In the user management of Atlassian “Jira” was not activated for the account.

Hi @matthew crompton and welcome to the community!

If you are not on a free plan, you can always log a support call at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

however could you maybe elaborate a bit on what's going on?

  • have you tried it on a different browser?
  • maybe tried it with your account on a colleagues machine?
  • does an incognito window help?
  • is this only on that specific board ?

Thank you for the reply Dirk.

- I've have tried it on a different browser, same results.
- I am currently WFH so I don't have access to my colleagues machines, but I have tried on my personal laptop (MacBook air 2013 Big Sur). The same results occurred.

- Incognito will direct me signin, but after signing in I get the same results
- Yes, the other board at https://observatory.atlassian.net/ works perfectly as expected

Since you get a specific error code we'll have to reach out to Atlassian I'm afraid to see what's going on.

Are you able to raise a request thru the link I gave you?

matthew crompton July 6, 2021

I'm not the site admin, but I'm going to talk to my higher-ups and try to get to file a request on my behave.
If the issue resolves I'll make sure to come back here and update the thread.
Thank you
