I can download issues to Excel with no problem, but I noticed that not all the information in the Description field is being downloaded.
I referred to the article here and tried to open the file on Google Sheets, but the information is still not showing up. If it is related to character size limit or format, how and what should I change?
This is an app developed by our team, therefore I can safely say that we don't trim or alter the "Description" field in any way and we don't have any user complaining about the symptoms you mentioned.
