Exclude sub-taks in a workflow validator.

Hi @Eric Roetenberg

You can achieve this simply in Jira.

Create a copy of your workflow used for issues likes story's, remove the validator.

Then update your workflow scheme and assign the issue type sub-task to the workflow without the validator.

You will need to use a Company Managed project to achieve this.

There are other option, like; the purchase of a marketplace app that can extend your workflow options in relation to; conditions, validators or post-functions.
