I am currently under Exalate Trial license.
I face the issue that Exalate isn’t working properly between our partner company and us, there's no successful Exalate connection status between 2 tickets as illustrated below.
Ive checked license key and its status, the license is active until 13th Dec on the License Detail page, however, it shows payment details needed on the payment page. Can this cause the above mentioned performance issue?

Well it does say the trial ended on November the 14th, and indeed the other license says december.
i suggest contacting them directly so they can sort out the license discrepancy.
