Error while Migrating projects from cloud to cloud.
Hello Team.
we are planning a cloud-to-cloud Jira Migration. I have created a sandbox for both the source and destination sites and testing the migration.
while migrating a project I got the following error
"Migration of Project failed. Reason: [ Workflow with id Software Simplified Workflow for Project DS v2.3 ] has missing dependencies on {[ CustomField with id 11001 ]}. This caused 19891 other items to fail. This can happen if these dependencies aren’t present in the export file or aren’t supported by the migration tool."
The custom field is "Team" It is a locked field generated by Jira. I'm not sure how to fix this problem.
Please assist me in resolving this error.
