Error when viewing TestRail attachment from issue

Hi all,
TestRail have implemented a new way of viewing, sorting, and organizing attachment in test cases.
After that, when clicking the TestRail Results option to view the linked test case(s) to the Jira issue, the attachment in TestRail test case section throws an error as depicted in the screenshot below.
Please help.
