Error type: 429 - Too many requests

I've been getting a lot of Jira outages in the past week or so. How to fixed it? Please see the screenshot. error 429.png

Hi @Shawn

Most probably you're making too many request from your instance. An example can be as a result of using boards that fetches a lot of issues to load or sending too many webhook triggers.
