Error report for migration from service to DC.

I'm using project configurator to migrate JIRA server to DC, but it reported the error of resolution and event. My source jira is old (v7.3.1). and the target instance is 8.13.0.

About resolution, I found that the ID of the two versions of the system are inconsistent.

So I changed the old 10000 to 10200, but I still made a mistake. Does anyone know reason.
