Error in the creation of filters with the SUMMARY field

Hello everyone,

We have doubts when creating filters in JIRA by performing a search by the name of the Summary, in the first of these we want to obtain all the issues whose summary contains the word "impairments" (plural) and yet we only obtain results matching the word "deterioration" (singular) (Screenshot_1.png), we have searched for some alternatives among your documentation and we have seen that the correct way to search for a word is through another query (Screenshot_2.png), but we do not obtain any results and we know that they exist issues in JIRA whose summary contains that word (Screenshot_3.png), can you help us find out what we are doing wrong?

We are having the problem with version 8.5.9 of JIRA Software, however we have other environments updated to version 8.20.7 and we are also having the same problems
