Error Message no longer appears at the top during creation, for Mandatory fields not selected

Jira used to display an error message at the top of the create screen if mandatory fields were left blank to indicate something in wrong. Now it just marks the fields, and no error appears at the top. This is ok with issues that have small screens with 6-7 fields but gets really confusing for screens where we have multiple tabs and multiple fields. Was this disabled recently? Is there a way to re-enable it?

Hi @Rishikesh Karnik  - This looks like new functionality that Atlassian has rolled out. You probably need to contact Atlassian support with that question as nobody here will have any answer.
