If a comment is added to a ticket, is it possible for the assignee to get an email notification with the comment in it?
Hello, Good day. If you are using company managed project make sure "Assignee" is selected in the notification scheme for comments.
Also in the user's personal settings make sure comments is enabled. https://xxxxxxx.atlassian.net/jira/settings/personal/notifications
