E-mail notification when adding customer to Service Desk

When we are adding clients to Service Desk, they are not receiving the notification e-mail

We tried adding internal users as well but, no success

Please assist us

Hi Givaldo and welcome to Atlassian Community!

There are some settings that you can check that may be preventing the notifications to be sent.
If you are adding them normally through Jira you can check the settings below:
1 - Go to Jira Settings > System > Outgoing email and check if it's enabled.
2 - Go to Project settings > Customer notifications and check if the notifications are enabled.

If none of this resolve, can you please let us know how are you adding the customers?
When did this issue start?
If you open a ticket on their behalf, do they receive other types of notification?
This information will help us to better understand what may be causing the issue.

Sim, eu consegui achar o problema

Sou novo noa Atlassian aplicativos e estava tendo problema para enviar invitation para nossos clientes.

Eu estava fazendo da forma errada e eles não recebiam o convite

Agora está tudo ok
