I have created 5 custom fields, of which 3 of them are shown in the new task creation screen, however 2 of them (which are free text custom fields) are not shown when I click create. I have checked that they appear on the corresponding screen and they are indeed on the screen, as well as in the design of the type of issue.
What is happening?
Thank you so much!
Regards
Hi there,
Did you check the custom field scope?
Does the custom field have a context for the project you are trying to create an issue in?
Regards,
Jeroen
Yes, the context in both of this custom fields are 'default', the same that the others custom fields that I created and I can see it
Thank you for your answer!
