We are setting up Tempo planner for our development team.
In the planner list of users we see all Jira users.
I've already updated permissions and only added users that will see/use Tempo.
However we see all Jira users in the planner.
Is there a way to exclude some users from the planner user list?
Hi @cagri ,
The display of users in Tempo Planner depends on the permissions that the viewer has.
From your description, it sounds like the viewer is in a permission role with access to "All resources". This will display all users in JIRA when viewing the planning view.
To change this, please go to Tempo, Settings, Permission roles. By selecting the Teams that a specific permission role applies to, you can control which users are displayed in the Planner views (this also depends on the "View team plans" permission, users without this permission can only view their own plans).
Please take also a look at https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-planner/permissions-in-tempo/permission-roles-for-multi-team-and-full-user-access.html and https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-planner/permissions-in-tempo/tempo-team-permissions.html for more information.
