Under the heading people I have all my customers who are divided into different projects. How can I ensure that my customers do not see all other customers / users?

I would like to use jira software for one place where clients can post workorders. But only in their own environment.

Hi @d_driessen , welcome to the Community. Customers do not have access to the application view where People is displayed. They only have access to the Portal. To prevent cross-customer awareness use Organizations.
