Dejé de recibir notificaciones vía mail. Cómo lo soluciono?

Sin realizar cambios en la configuración de notificaciones, dejé de recibir vía mail lo producido en Jira. Veo la configuración y está todo bien seleccionado, a qué se debe el problema?Jira.JPG

Per your description, I understand you are stopped receiving issue notifications, although no changes were applied to your personal notifications menu. Is that correct?

Although your question is tagged with Jira Software, can you confirm if you are using Jira Software or Service desk?

If you are using Jira Software, the notification scheme related to the project issue must be configured to send you those notifications despite your personal notification. To properly check these settings, the project administrator must follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Project > Project settings > Notifications
  2. Check if you are included in the notifications you are trying to receive. Optionally, use the notification helper at the top-right corner to check if you should be receiving the mentioned notifications:

Despite the steps above, also check the following possibilities:

  1. Check the Spam folder in your email
  2. Check if your email server, proxy, or firewall are not blocking Jira domains:
    Atlassian cloud IP ranges and domains 
  3. Double-check the steps of the documentation below:
