Hello! Our issue types default to the last used issue type when using the 'Create' button in the nav, however when you create an issue within the sprint it defaults to another issue type. it doesn't seem consistent across users. Is there a way to change this?
could it be due to the message I am seeing in the create screen? This is when we create an issue within the sprint in the backlog view.
If the Issue Type Scheme for that project doesn't have a default Issue Type, the then Issue Type at the top of the list is the default. This is what is used when you import new issues through CSV for example.
I think the system wants to "help you" by showing the last issue type you used just like it does with the Project when you click Create, thinking you want to do the same thing you did last time.
