Our JIRA DVCS connection to github is working: we see branches, commits, and pull requests in github reflected on the associated JIRA ticket. The problem is that we often see the wrong branches, the source of the problem appears to be the issue keys. It looks like JIRA ignores the project prefix from the keys and only references the numbers. As a result, given two tickets: DEV-100 and TEST-100, any commits or PRs associated with DEV-100 would also appear on the TEST-100 ticket.
