Hello, Has anyone been able to built in a custom forms when opening new JIRA Story/Task without using the confluence? Something that would prompt you to complete each one the same way? For example, I am opening a new Story under the PM project. I would like my initial reporting to include customer's name, type of applications we are developing, materials, timeline and such...
