I created a new Issue Type, and added a new Custom Field to the Create Screen. The Custom Field is a Date Time Picker. It is not a required field.
We noticed that, if the user inputs a Date but not a Time while creating a new ticket, then the field is completely empty when the issue is created.
Not sure if it's relevant, but there are two Custom Date Time Picker fields on this Create Screen.
Any ideas what's going on here, or how to solve it?
Community! No ideas? Do I need to provide more details? Should I file a bug ticket with Atlassian? All thoughts welcome!
