Cucumber Scenarios not exported using Xporter

When using Xporter and Xray, the document exporter does not export the Cucumber Scenario on a Test Execution anymore. I tried to use the template from the Xporter store, and also tried to create a very simple template that just exports:

#{for testruns}
#{if (%{'${TestRuns[n].TestType}'.equals('Cucumber')})}
${TestRuns[n].Cucumber Scenario}
#{end}
#{end}

This does not work anymore. Additionally, the support ticket website (https://jira.getxray.app/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/create/6) also does not seem to work anymore to report that issue.

Any thoughts what could be going on here?

Hi @Nicolas Grossi

First: please keep threads clean. If you already started a thread within a posting please keep commenting on that thread/answer and not posting in new answers every time.

Second: The community is from users for users. Anyone is allowed to ask which might bring faster help. Mainly we try to help users solving there problems and forward them to vendor‘s support if we run out of ideas of solutions or if a possible bug in the software was detected.

Best
Stefan
