I'm planning to buy paid version for a limited set of user under my company, but their mail domains are different, meaning for instance few are using abc@domain1.com, and few others have abc@domain2.com as their mail, is there any issue related to that.
Can people with different mail domains work under a plan?
Hi @Dileep C N
Sure, this is fine.
The only issue you might face is if you install Atlassian Access; you can claim multiple domains but only one Access instance can have a domain at any one time.
So if you had multiple Atlassian instances across the 2 domain-based businesses, you might not have central ownership of users accounts.
Bar that, you can have as many user domains as you like on one instance :)

No worries :)
If this helped answer your question, could you accept it? That lets others know it can help them too, in future!

I have a similar question can't find any specific documentation thought I'd ask.
Cloud to Cloud migration
Site A has Guard w/Gsuite - 1 claimed domain
Site B does not have Guard - 5 claimed domains (microsoft)
A is migrating into B we are keeping the Guard/Google configuration.
I'm presuming since Guard is configured for Google - the other domains claimed can stay in place, no increase in cost as i'm only syncing Google.
Any specific migration efforts required?

Hi @Tere Pile
You might need to disconnect and reconnect to Google workspace; there's instructions on how to do that here: https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/connect-to-g-suite/
If you move across your Guard license though, it might depend on the domain and user access policies you have set.
