Creating issues from email not working despite configuring mail handlers

Hi,

We have multiple JSW projects and I'm looking to create issues from email for multiple projects respectively. Earlier, I had used the default cloud mail server and used an email handler to create issues from email and it's working perfectly. Now we want to extend it beyond a single project so I created a new incoming mail server, and handler to create issues for this new project - didn't work. Tried out various configurations, but still, it's not working. I'm not sure where I missed it.  Would be great if somebody could help here.
