Creating a daily report

I would like to create a daily report that shows all the priority 1 and 2 cases that are currently pending/work in progress and show all the those tickets in 1 email

Hi @Ops User 2  - You can create a filter and subscribe to it.

JQL may look like priority in ('1','2') and status!=Done
